Players who play on Playtech software can feel very secure in the fact that any kind of collusion or fraudulent activity will be immediately recognized by the Security team and automated security tools, and that these players will be immediately removed from the game and the casino. These players’ identification details are also sent to international operators, whereby we would like to make it clear that, before proceeding along this path, players are considered innocent until proven guilty by way of sufficient evidence, that all game and game behaviour data as well as correspondence shall be conscientiously evaluated, and that suspected players asked to provide any evidence in their defence.
