MYBET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are dated as of 7th July 2022.
1. APPROVAL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our site and/or any services provided by us. By using our site and/or any services provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound these Terms & Conditions, you may not access or use our site or any of the services provided by us.
2.1 The terms of business between you and the following party provides for your use of the services in the following sections of the website ("Services”):
RULEO Alpenland AG, a company incorporated under the laws of Austria with company registration number FN378870m and with its registered office in Warwitzstraße 9, 5023 Salzburg-Gnigl, Austria ("RULEO") regarding the services in all parts of the website that are not elsewhere in the following paragraphs, including your use of the website, the user management and support. The pertinent supervisory authority that has granted RULEO the following license: MGA/B2C/768/2019, is the Malta Gaming Authority (“MGA”).
2.2 Reference in the terms of business to "us" "our" or "we" refer to the corresponding company with which you enter into a contract as specified above. Reference to "you" and "your" refer to you as the end user of the website and/or the services.
2.3 We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will inform you about any changes in the Terms and Conditions. The revised Terms & Conditions will only come into effect after your acceptance, including with respect to material changes as required in terms of the Player Protection Directive (MGA Directive 2 of 2018). If any such change is unacceptable to you, you should not continue to use the Website or the Services.
3. REGISTERING/PLAYER ACCOUNT
3.1 To benefit from the variety of services, you will need to open an account ("player account") with us. You can open your player account by going to "Registration" on the website and following the instructions.
3.2 Once you have opened your player account, you will be requested to provide personal information, including your first name and surname, address, e-mail, sex and date of birth. You must ensure that the data stated in the registration is accurate and that is it kept up-to-date at all times. Our data protection guidelines contain further information about the collection and use of your personal data. The player account is a virtual account aimed at making all your transactions more comprehensible and transparent for you.
3.3 (a) Insofar as you have not logged-in to your account for a period of 12 consecutive months, your account shall be rendered inactive (“inactive account”). This period of inactivity shall include also any inactivity recorded on the account vis-à-vis the website which was previously operated by Personal Exchange International Limited. We shall charge an administrative fee of €5 (“inactivity fee”) per month for an inactive account, beginning at the end of the first month of the account being rendered inactive. We will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before we start charging the inactivity fee from your account and we will offer you inter alia the opportunity of withdrawing your funds held in your account (under the premises mentioned in 4.3.2 and 6.6.). The inactivity fee shall only be charged until either (i) the inactive account records a positive balance or (ii) the account is reactivated by a log-in. You may request a reimbursement of the charged inactivity fees, in line with the conditions laid out in MGA Directive 3 of 2018.
(b) If no activity is recorded on your player account for longer than 30 months the account shall be deemed to be a dormant account). We shall transfer the credit that may be on your player account to the bank account stated by you in your player account. If details of a bank account have not been stated in your player account, we shall make every acceptable effort to pay out the money to you. In the event that this is not successful, the money shall be transferred to the Malta Gaming Authority provided that no claim shall lie against us.
3.4 If you open your player account you can select an individual user name and an individual password. Once your player account has been opened, you undertake to keep the user name and the password secret. We recommend that you regularly change the password (at least every four weeks).
3.5 All transactions carried out using your user name and your password shall be deemed valid, and are considered to have been authorised by yourself. We shall not be liable for claims in the event that you disclose your user data to third parties or have done so in the past. You alone are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your password, and you are responsible for all activities carried out under your user name and your password. Please inform us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password and any security breach of which you are aware.
3.6 If you lose or have forgotten your user name or password, please follow the instructions on the website in respect of finding out your password, or contact our customer service via the contact data stated on the website.
3.7 We reserve the right, unless you already have funds under your name, to reject a registration without stating the reasons for such action.
3.8 You may only register once as a customer with us, and only manage one player account. You are not permitted to register again using another name or another e-mail address. In particular you are not permitted to register third parties - even if they give their consent in that respect. This also applies, among other things, to friends and relations. You are not permitted to sell, transfer or acquire your account. If, due to any connection between user accounts, we have grounds to suspect that you have opened more than one account, we are entitled to cancel any bets placed, reclaim any prize money paid and cancel any premiums granted. Any such suspicion may only be rebutted by you proving to us beyond any doubt, that the user accounts have been opened by separate individuals and that our Terms and Conditions of Business have not been breached.
3.9 You are entitled to close your player account at your discretion at any time. In that respect please contact our customer service. In the event of closing your account at your request, we shall pay out to you the existing credit on the player account, and stop sending you the newsletter.
We shall store your playing history and your payment data in accordance with the valid data protection and anti-money laundering laws.
3.10 Contractual obligations that have already been originated are also to be fulfilled if the opening of the user account is declined or is later closed or blocked.
4. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
4.1 In order to use the fee-based services offered on the web site you must first deposit money into the RULEO account. You can check the amount of money available to you (account balance) at any time by logging into "My Account."
4.1.1 As one condition from our license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority we are required to inform you about what happens to funds which we hold on account for you, and the extent to which funds are protected in the event of insolvency. Following to the rating of the UK Gambling Commission the basic level for the protection of the customer funds applies. More information about the level of protection is available on the Commission´s Website. We manage the money deposited by you and administer the transactions required to use the services offered on the web site on your behalf. The money paid in by you is managed by us through a separate bank account, apart from our other assets. In the unlikely case of insolvency, your funds are protected by law and would not be part of the assets involved in the insolvency proceedings.
4.1.2 We should not be regarded as a financial institution. You have no right to receive interest or other sums (e.g., through improved exchange rates) that are produced by your user account.
4.2 You can make payments into your user account, based on your home country, using the means of payment put forth on our Deposit Page. In this regard please note the guidelines to be found on our Deposit Page. Moreover, please bear in mind the transaction fees listed on the Deposit Page that may be charged for certain payment transactions, as well as the correspondingly applicable minimum and maximum payment limits.
4.2.1 In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your player account, you may only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.
4.2.2 Online deposits are made by entering your credit card details and your 3DSecure security code if available (verified by VISA, MastercardSecure).
4.2.3 Payments using all means of payment with the exception of bank transfers are made with immediate effect, i.e. the amount paid in will be credited to your user account immediately upon successful confirmation by the payment system provider.
4.2.4 We reserve the right, in addition to the payment limits put forth on the payment page, to limit the weekly maximum amount you are allowed to pay with a particular payment method.
4.3 You can make withdrawals starting at a minimum amount of 20 EUR and the deposit has to be wagered minimum 1 time the deposit amount. Please note that for withdrawals using certain payment methods transaction fees can be charged. Further information can be found on our Withdrawal Page.
4.3.1 In general withdrawals will only be made to the bank account and/or the credit card or the payment service from which your deposit has been made, provided that there is no legal impediment to do so. In the case that there is a legal impediment, then we will require fresh instructions from you. We reserve the right to refuse to make a withdrawal to a certain payment method and instead to exclusively undertake it for your bank account. If it is not possible to make a payback using the means of payment that was employed while initially paying, then we will only undertake withdrawal to a bank account for which you are a named account holder.
4.3.2 We will check your identity on any initial pay-out or on pay-outs amounting to €2,300 or more. We may also check your identity prior to the aforementioned events if your deposits or stakes to the website exceeds an amount of €2,000 within 24 hours or other thresholds amounts and/or periods that may be determined by us or applicable anti-money laundering regulation. Additionally, in order to meet the requirements of anti-money laundering provisions, we are entitled to carry out identity verifications in regular intervals at our sole discretion. The verification of your identity takes place according to the regulations in Number 7.6 of these terms of business.
4.3.3 Conditions for the withdrawal of funds is that: i) your payments have already been checked and approved by us, and have been made subject to our verification procedures, and that ii) in the case of bonuses that have been granted, that the relevant bonus conditions have been met. After receiving your application for the withdrawal of funds, the payment team examines the aforementioned conditions as well as - in the case of a first-time withdrawal - your identity (cf. Number 4.3.1). Before approval, our payment team is at any time authorised to request further proof as to your power of disposition over the means of payment that you are using.
4.3.4 We seek to withdraw money within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving your request therefor and/or in the case of a required examination of your identity/power of disposition, within 24 hours after receipt of satisfactory proof thereof. For accounts with payment services such as e.g. Trustly crediting of the withdrawal takes place directly after approval by our payment team. The crediting of withdrawals to bank accounts or credit cards varies - based upon the credit institution, and take place approximately 3-5 days after approval by our payment team.
4.4 If you transfer your balance to an account outside of the EU or undertake a transfer from such an account, we reserve the right to charge you the transaction costs incurred. We also reserve the right to charge you the bank and collection fees if direct debits are not paid or payments are returned. We also reserve the right to pass on third-party fees and other costs for incorrect postings caused by you.
4.5 We will charge an additional fee of up to 2% of the exchange rate specified by the European Central Bank on the day of the transaction for each such transaction made from your account which involves a currency conversion (e.g. between the poker room gaming account and the web site gaming account based on the exchange rate). This fee serves to compensate us for the risks and losses associated with exchange rate fluctuations.
4.6 Notwithstanding other rights or legal means, we can at any time off-set a credit balance on your gaming account with a sum that you owe as a result of using services on our website.
4.7 You are responsible for providing notice of your gains and losses if such notification is required in the laws of or by the financial authorities in your country.
4.8 In the event that you have deposited funds onto your mybet player account using Paypal, you shall not be permitted to use those funds on any casino games.
5.1 We may from time to time award bonus money to you which are accounted for separately. We reserve the right to refuse or rescind bonuses at any time for any reason. Bonus money cannot under any circumstance be withdrawn from your player account. If you withdraw money from your account and there is still bonus money on your account which has not yet been wagered, such un-wagered bonus money will be automatically forfeited and no longer available to you. We apply the principle that bonus funds on your account are first used for payment of wagers and cash in second hand. If a cash part is tied to a bonus offer, such as the deposit bonus, it must be used first before the bonus part is used.
5.2 Any bonuses may only be used on a single occasion per player account. It is not allowed in any way for you to use another player account in order to circumvent this restriction and gain more than one bonus. Any bonuses can only be used once by each household, family, address, e-mail address, IP address, and player accounts which are used from computers in public environments (such as schools, workplaces and libraries). In addition, we reserve the right to close any player account and seize any existing funds if we suspect that any kind of abuse, fraud or other undue usage of a player account occurs.
5.3 In relation to certain games and wages, you must wager bonus money a certain number of times before any winnings resulting from the bonus money can be withdrawn from your player account (called a turnover requirement). You are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of the turnover requirements at all times.
5.4 Sports betting will not count towards turnover requirements of pure casino bonuses, and you are thereby required to wager the bonus for casino games on the website in order to be able to complete wagering on a bonus.
5.5 Some games may from time to time be excluded from bonus player, and you will not be allowed to use bonus funds to wager on any of the excluded games. You are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of the excluded games at all times. You will be notified if a change of eligibility of a game arises.
5.6 All winnings as a result of wagering, when having an active bonus, is also considered bonus money and cannot be withdrawn until the original turnover requirement has been met.
5.7 Any winnings during free spins are considered bonus money and must be wagered according to the turnover requirements before a withdrawal is possible.
5.8 A maximum wagering limit applies when using bonus money, until the turnover requirement has been fulfilled. The highest bet allowed when using bonus money, until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled, is €5 per spin and/or 50 eurocent per bet line. Some games also have a Gamble feature where each win in the game can be used to gamble for a higher win. The Gamble feature is not allowed to be used while playing with bonus money.
5.9 Irregular play is not allowed and includes, but is not limited to, the placing of larger bonus wagers leading to a substantial increase of the balance, followed by the placing of bonus wagers of less than half of the prior value in order to complete the bonus turnover requirement. Should we have reasonable grounds to suspect any bonus abuse, we reserve the right to cancel the active bonus and void all winnings that were generated with it at our sole and complete discretion, and block the relevant account with immediate effect.
5.10 Bonus Abuse
5.10.1 Bonus Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
breach of terms and conditions of a bonus, free bets or any other promotional offer;
the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
5.10.2 Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, mybet reserves the right to:
forfeit the bonus allocated to the Account Holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or
revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or
block an access to particular products, and/or
exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or
terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
5.10.3 Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a series of bets has been placed by a customer or group of customers which, due to a bonus, free bet or any other promotional offer, result in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, mybet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and in its absolute discretion to settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or bonus winnings.
5.11 A complete list of current bonus offers available from time to time is posted on the website.
5.12 We reserve the right to deny or withdraw the bonus offering(s), in so far as there may have been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. No written correspondence will be initiated and our decisions are final.
5.13 We reserve the right to exclude a player from future bonuses if the majority of the player’s deposits over time have been made in conjunction with bonus offers.
5.14 Maximum payout from any no-deposit welcome bonuses or free spins (excludes those associated with a deposit bonus) is €100.
5.15 We reserve the right to void winnings as a result of wagering with a bonus that has been activated where a value, or part of a value, has been built up by a player solely by virtue of that bonus and subsequently activated with a real money deposit. This shall also apply if any part of the value was created with a no-deposit welcome bonus.
5.16 If a player uses a proxy server or similar to connect to the website in order to alter or hide his true identity, or alter or hide the true identity of his computer equipment, we reserve the right to void any bonuses and any winnings made while playing with bonus money.
5.17 Profit Boost Terms & Conditions:
Profit Boost Extra Winnings will be paid as cash to the customer’s account.
If you select a Profit Boost, this particular bet cannot be cashed out until it has been settled.
Profit Boost winnings are calculated on the odds quoted in the betslip, if the original odds are 2/1 (3.0) and a player has a 25% Boost, the player will receive odds of 5/2 (3.5)
Profit boosts placed on bets that are made void will not be paid out as winners, but players will get the Profit Boosts re-instated, unless the event has finished, or the expiry date has been reached or any specific promotional terms apply.
All Profit Boosts have a maximum stake that can be placed as well as a maximum limit on the extra amount that can be won. These vary and depend on the specific offer.
How to use a Profit Boost: a) Make sure you fulfill the qualifying criteria for your Profit Boost; b) Select the market you want to bet on; c) Within the betslip, select your Profit Boost under "Bonus Offers"; d) Place your bet and wait for the result to come in.

5.17.1 In accordance with Article 5.1 of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to award the profit boost from time to time to any customer as we may deem fit.
5.18 Where a Player has been granted a Sportsbook cashback bonus, they will have to wager it once prior to bonus money becoming available for withdrawal. Min. odds requirements may apply.
5.19 Free Bet Terms and Conditions:
These Free Bet Terms and Conditions apply to the specific promotional offers in our sports betting and live betting line-up called and display as "free bet".
Where offered, a free bet entitles you to place a bet without prior deduction of the stake from your account balance. The amount that is used for the calculation of the possible winnings of this bet ("free bet value") will be displayed as "stake".
Free bets can be subject to certain restrictions: they can be e.g. only valid for certain sports or leagues or for bet placement on specific devices, or that we can request minimum or maximum odds/legs per bet slip. In such cases, the respective restriction will be displayed in the free bet overview.
If the selection in your bet slip can be played with a free bet, the respective free bet will be offered to you automatically in your bet slip. You can then play the selection as a free bet or use the free bet at a later point in time.
Where a free bet is settled as "won", you will be credited with free bet winnings which will be equal to the free bet value multiplied by the odds stated on the bet slip minus the free bet value.
If a bet placed using a free bet is settled as ‘cancelled’ owing to the cancellation of the relevant event, you will be entitled to an additional free bet.
A free bet can be placed as one single bet or one multi bet but the free bet value cannot be split between various bet placements. Multiple single bets, system bets and bankers are excluded from free bets.
Where offered, a free bet can only be used once and within the time frame displayed on screen. If the validity time expires without the free bet being used, the free bet will become invalid.
A free bet can only be used for our sport betting or live betting line-up. All other products are excluded.
The cash-out functionality cannot be used in respect of free bets.
Where there are specific conditions that apply for selected betting options, for example minimum odds, multi bet restrictions etc., these restrictions will also apply for free bets.
Where the player's betting limits are less than the free bet value, the free bet will have to be forfeited.
The company does not guarantee the availability of free bets on all devices and browser versions.
5.20 Welcome/Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions
The welcome bonus is only available for new customers or customers that earlier have not claimed the first deposit bonus for Sports at mybet or have been directly offered this bonus. Additional deposit bonuses might be granted from time to time for selected customers.
The welcome/deposit bonus' specific terms are being listed as part of each bonus given.
The minimum deposit amount to claim the welcome/deposit bonus is €10.
The welcome/deposit bonus shall apply to all payment methods, offered by mybet, apart from Neteller/Skrill.
The total bonus amount has to be wagered five (5) times on minimum odds 1.80.
Example: You deposit €10 and receive a welcome bonus of €10.00 on top. Your total bonus amount will be €20 and in order to request a withdrawal you have to turnover €100 bonus amount.
Single, combos and system bets accepted, including bets on live events. For the avoidance of doubt, single bets placed on odds lower than 1.80 will not count towards the wagering requirement, while matches in combos/system bets with lower odds than 1.80 will count towards the wagering requirement as long as the total odds are minimum 1.80. Bets placed that is voided (1.00 in odds) will not count towards the bonus requirements.
Unless specified otherwise, the terms and conditions for payout must be met within 90 days of receiving a welcome/deposit bonus. If the conditions have not been met, mybet has the right to forfeit the bonus and winnings connected to the bonus. For clarification, your initial deposit is being used first for betting and those funds will only be transfered back upon expiration of the bonus if there are funds left from the initial deposit.
It's only allowed to have one Sports bonus active at a time.
Bets settled using Cashout will not count towards the wagering requirements of any active bonuses.
The welcome/deposit bonus can only be used at Sports on mybet.
The welcome bonus is solely applicable to customers registered and situated in Germany & Austria.
6. HOW TO EFFECT SELF IMPOSED LIMITS
6.1 You have the option to apply the following restrictions (limits) to your player account:
Restriction of monetary amounts that may be used during a specified period on our website.
Restriction of the losses that may be made during a certain time on your player account.
Restriction on the amount that may be bet during a single session on our website.
Restriction on the amount of time you may play in a single session on our website.
6.2 Should you wish to apply, cancel or amend one of the above restrictions to your account, please contact our customer service in writing or by e-mail.
The limits you have requested shall be implemented
in the case of cancelling or increasing the limit, or cancelling the blocking of your account, within 7 days following receipt by us of your request
in the case of reducing the limit or extending the blocking of your player account, directly following receipt by us of your request.
We shall not accept any disposals on your player account that do not correspond with the limits you have chosen.
6.3 You also have the option of initiating a short-term or temporary freeze. By default, a short-term freeze (cooling off period) lasts for at least twenty-four (24) hours, while a temporary freeze lasts for at least a month. You also have the option by contacting our customer care to choose individual periods up to a maximum of six (6) weeks. During the freeze period, your gaming account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.
You also have the option to self-exclude yourself from the usage of our services. Such self-exclusion can have the following effective periods: a) six (6) months, b) one (1) year, c) five (5) years, d) permanently, or e) indefinitely. An account that has been self-excluded for one of the above effective periods cannot be opened until the full effective period has elapsed, even if the player wishes to do so. The player is also able to self-exclude the player's account for an indefinite period of time. An account that has been self-excluded for an indefinite period of time can be reopened seven (7) days after we receive such a request.
7. REGULATIONS REGARDING ENTITLEMENT, CHECKING AND MONEY LAUNDERING
7.1 Salaried employees, vicarious agents and representatives of all companies or persons who offer their services on the website, or render services in conjunction with the offers on or for the website, and the salaried employees, vicarious agents and representatives of affiliated companies of these companies are not permitted to make use of the services offered on this website. The same applies to relatives or persons who live in a shared household with such persons. Winnings made by way of violating this prohibition shall not be paid out. In the event of a win, you may be asked to make an assurance regarding your entitlement to the profit by way of an affirmation in lieu of an oath, and furnish proof of your identity by way of an identification document with a picture issued by an authority.
7.2 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to be able to use the website and/or the services. By opening a player account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Participation by minors is unlawful. Minors are therefore excluded from taking part in gambling.
7.3 For legal reasons, access to certain services on the website may not be permitted for some or all residents or persons who are located in certain countries. We do not intend the website and services to be used by persons in countries in which such activities are unlawful. The website does not constitute an offer or request or invitation on our part to gamble or take out a subscription for gambling or the use of other services by way of a jurisdiction in which the activities are prohibited by law.

7.4 It is your responsibility to find out about the valid laws that apply to the location or country in which you are located. You should ensure that you are acting lawfully under the jurisdiction by which you use the website or individual services.
7.5 We shall not accept any liability if use of the website or participation in services constitutes an infringement of the law in your native country or your whereabouts. However, if we are of the opinion at any time that your use/participation constitutes an infringement of such a law, we shall be entitled to exclude you and your player account at any time if we consider such action to be appropriate.
7.6 By approving these terms of business, you authorise us or authorized service providers to check the data you make available to us in the case of registering for your player account or in the case of amending your player account data. We may, in particular, check whether or not you are at least 18 years old, whether the personal data given is correct, as well as whether or not you are actually a resident of the country you have stated. We reserve the right to request at any time that you provide us with a clearly readable copy of your personal identity card, passport, a utility bill or another official identification document that we consider as adequate enough to verify your age, your personal data and nationality.
In the event that you fail to or are unable to furnish such proof, we shall be entitled to temporarily or permanently block your player account and retain the credit on your player account.
7.7 Proof of such verification of your age may be stored, and such information may also be made available in the future to other companies within our Group that render services. Each company undertakes to treat your data in absolute confidentiality as specified in the data protection provisions, and shall act at all time in accordance with such regulations. Our data protection guidelines contain further information about the collection and use of your personal data.
7.8 We reserve the right to render all transactions void or to temporarily or permanently block your user account if you have given inaccurate data. All used monies shall be returned to you and you shall forfeit the right to the wins up to that time. If your account is temporarily blocked, you may no longer register and you may neither transfer money to your player account nor withdraw money from your user account or participate in the offered games or bets. The player account shall remain valid and can be released for use at a later date by our customer service. In this respect please contact our customer service.
7.9 We comply with any applicable Anti-Money Laundering regulations. We will monitor all transactions for the prevention of money laundering and we will report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities. If you are aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the games on the website, you must report this to us immediately.
We are allowed to suspend, block or close your Member Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the applicable Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
8. USING THE SERVICES
8.1 We reserve the right to discontinue without replacement, amend, withdraw or add a service or the entire website at our sole discretion with immediate effect and no prior warning.

12. CANCELLING AND TERMINATION
12.1 If you enter into a transaction by way of using the services, you cannot cancel or rescind the transaction.
12.2 We reserve the right to terminate the terms and conditions of business at our absolute discretion and in respect of you player account, to retain your player account balance, to temporarily block your player account, completely close your player account and/or to retain from that player account the amount of affected pay outs, bonuses and winnings if:

Once termination becomes effective, we will close your account and, except in cases pursuant to Section 12.2, pay any available credit remaining in the account to you as quickly as possible, provided that the winnings associated to that credit were generated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any credit which is not available for payment, such as bonuses we have granted to you, will be considered as expired and will not be refunded. Any bets or stakes that are still outstanding at the time when the account is closed are unaffected insofar as such bets or stakes have been lawfully placed.
12.4 Subject to sub-section 12.5, you are entitled to close your player account and terminate these terms and conditions of business with a term of seven (7) days (receipt by us) by notifying us by e-mail or letter or by using the contact data on the website. We shall reply within a reasonable period of time. You remain responsible for all activities that are carried out using your user data until your player account has been closed.
12.5 With the exception of termination in accordance with sub-section 12.2 (without notice), the termination shall at the earliest come into force from the day on which all outstanding bets have been settled that you have made via your player account. 15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Malta.
15.2 In the absence of provisions to the contrary, disputes that arise in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions are solely subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
15.3 In the absence of provisions to the contrary, if part of the Terms and Conditions is translated into another language, the version in English shall be deemed authoritative in the event of a dispute between the translation and the English version. 16. RESPONSIBLE PLAYING INVOLVING MONEY/GAMBLING
