Why do I need to verify my account?

MyBet must establish and verify the identity of its players. If you have not verified your account 72 hours after your registration, you will not be able to play, deposit or withdraw. After the verification of your MyBet account, your adventure can continue.

Do you request verification documents?

Yes, we follow regulatory requirements and will in time request that you send documents to verify the information on your account. What guidelines do you have for proof of address documents?

As your proof of address, we accept many kinds of documents, including landline bills, bank statements, invoice and more. If you don’t receive your bills by post, we also accept electronic bills in the form of PDFs. Your bill must contain your current registered home address and must not be more than 3 months old. If you’re sending a picture of your proof of address, make sure that all 4 corners of the document are clearly visible.
