Account Verification Guide

Account verification is a process to confirm the identity of customers using Mybet. To ensure a safer and smoother experience with deposits and withdrawals, we ask customers who have used our service for a certain period to verify their accounts.

When Do I Need to Verify My Account?

You will receive an email inviting you to verify your account once you’ve used the site for a specified duration. You are not required to verify your account unless contacted by email.

The account verification process can be completed on the My Page section of our website. Once your documents are submitted, we will review them within 24 hours.

Notes on uploading documents

  • Ensure that all four corners of the document are visible in the image.

  • Do not edit or crop the image.

  • Make sure the image is clear, and the text is legible.

  • Both sides of your identification document are required for some deposit and withdrawal methods.

  • Only JPG and JPEG file formats are accepted.

Documents Required for Account Verification

1. Identification Documents (one of the following)

  • Driver's license (both sides)

  • Photo-equipped Basic Resident Registration card (both sides)

  • Passport (photo page)

  • My Number card (both sides)

  • Residence card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate (both sides)

OK: All four corners of the document are visible, and the text is clear.
ID Back OK
OK: All four corners of the document are visible, and the text is clear.
ID Corner NG
NG: The document is cut off, and corners are not visible.
ID Blur NG
NG: The image is blurry, and the text is hard to read.

2. Proof of Address (one of the following, dated within the last 3 months)

  • Resident certificate

  • Utility bill (water, electricity, gas)

  • Credit card statement

Only images of the original documents are accepted (images of photocopies are not allowed). Even if your address is shown on your ID document, you must submit a separate proof of address.

NG: The document is cut off, and corners are not visible.
Bill Blur NG
NG: The image is blurry, and the text is hard to read.

3. Proof of Deposit/Withdrawal Methods (only if required)

  • Both sides of the credit card used on Mybet (showing the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card number)

  • Proof of account for online payment services (e.g., Payz)

  • Documents confirming your bank account details with Mybet.

    • Bankbook (cover or an open page)

    • Screenshot of the login screen of your banking app (showing bank name, full name, account number, and branch number)

    • Both sides of your bank's cash card

    • Your bank statement (original PDF)

What Happens After Submission?

Within 24 hours of submitting your account verification documents, we will process them within our department. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved.
