The reason we’ll be starting this Cashmio review with the promotional part of the site is that’s often what people first notice. That’s certainly likely to be the case with the Cashmio casino, which quite understandably takes a lot of pride in its big 100% bonus up to ₹20,000 offer. There’s even more to this than meets the eye because on top of a 100% first deposit bonus, there’s also a second and third 50% bonus up to ₹16,000, alongside 200 free spins on the ultra-popular Starburst slot.
The minimum deposit is ₹800, and the initial Cashmio deposit must be wagered 30x within seven days in order to receive the bonus. That wagering requirement is very competitive, and you can expect the same from the second and third deposit bonus as well. The free spins do have a somewhat higher wagering requirement of 45x, but this is fairly typical.
Other important terms include the one promotion per person rule and that certain games count different amounts towards the wagering requirements, with slots counting 100% while live blackjack counts 10%, for instance.
Cashmio’s promotional offering
Other promotions available at the time of writing include the 9 Fiery Hot Days of Prizes promotion, which provides 99k plus in prizes over nine days. These can be won by playing 9 Marks of Fire and 9 Pots of Gold within a set time period.
This is actually a good place in our Cashmio review to point out that all promotions are subject to change, so even though we’ll go into the terms and conditions shortly, we still advise you to check them out yourself. Do note as well that we’ll be writing up the other promotions that are advertised on the Indian version of the Cashmio site in the currency they provide, as we don’t wish to make any assumptions in that regard.
The way that the 9 Fiery Hot Day of Prizes promotion works is that you’ll receive an entry into a prize draw for every €9 wagered. Through this, you can win prizes ranging between €99 to €9,000. There’s also drops and wins worth up to £2,000,000. These reward Cashmio betting winning percentages over a single spin and cash drops can be rewarded randomly.
The quality here is very good. The promotions are really creative and offer real value, especially that welcome bonus, as often Indian players are left out of the loop in many competitors’ bonus pages. We’re happy to say that is not the case here. Our only complaint would be that we could always go for more promotional goodness.
One thing we’re really excited to dive in deep about is the design of the site. Now, this can often be a tricky subject: we always make a point of reiterating that we understand how you feel about the look of a site is very much a personal thing. You may like something that someone else doesn’t, and that’s fine – both opinions are equally valid.
With that said, we do think it’s fair to judge betting sites on how well they pull off the look they’re going for. In the case of Cashmio, they’re clearly aiming for fun, warm and approachable, while hinting at a little bit of that late night casino vibe. It’s a tricky tightrope to walk and we’re happy to say they’ve absolutely nailed it on both counts.
If you like your betting sites big, brash and colourful, with a touch of sophistication, then you’ll love what’s on offer here. Once again, we’re not telling anyone how to think – we just expect there’ll be a lot of fans of the Cashmio casino design.
Cashmio site technical performance
Moving onto the more technical side of things and thankfully, we don’t think the Cashmio casino has had to sacrifice anything in terms of their structure or use of space while achieving their aesthetic. In fact, despite being full of personality, it’s quite minimalistic. This is no doubt in part helped by the fact that Cashmio betting is limited to the world of casinos and doesn’t veer into the design complexities of sports betting.
Everything is easy to find, understand and use, from the Cashmio login to the Cashmio livechat. Plus, in terms of how the site actually operates, we found it to be pretty much flawless. It’s seamlessly smooth, with no slowdown, hiccups or broken links of note. Our look into their reputation found similar sentiments from other users. It’s world-class stuff.
Before we go into more detail about the actual payment options, it’s important to begin this part of our Cashmio review by saying that some of the information here had to be clarified through customer service. This means that, unless things have changed on the Cashmio casino since, the information given here will not be available on site. Once again we’re going off the word of the customer service team, which is all correct to our best knowledge.
While we have zero doubts about the legitimacy of Cashmio – we never suspected any Cashmio scam and this lack of detail is clearly a design choice – we do think that for the sake of clarity, a table providing all payment information would just really help clear things up and make everything nice and simple.
The payment options available at the time of writing include Astropay/card, Kluwp, Neteller and Skrill. The limits for the latter are €10 to €4,000. For those interested in withdrawal times, transactions are usually completed within 24 hours max, with an average time of 1-3 hours from Cashmio’s side. Other waiting times depend on the payment methods, although e-wallets are generally the fastest, as they can be processed the same day.
There is no set maximum withdrawal, although they stated around €100,000 as a typical amount. There are no transaction fees from the side of Cashmio.
We want to reiterate in this part of our Cashmio review that they do have an excellent reputation for payments and we certainly had no problems in this regard, nor did other people. It’s just they haven’t laid out the details in the most straightforward of ways. In other words, we view this as a minor design issue rather than a problem with any of the payment methods themselves.
We mentioned in the last part of our Cashmio review that we had to contact customer service for clarification. The good news here is that they were an absolute joy to talk to each and every time. Cashmio betting is more than just which markets are available – although that is very important.
There’s no dedicated Help section, which is where we usually begin our analysis of customer service. However, beyond the issues in locating bank details, we did find the Cashmio casino does actually do a very good job of explaining itself in most other areas, with their promotional terms and conditions being a good example of that.
In other words, most of the information you need is easily available – it’s just that it’s not under a Help section. This also reassures us once more that the lack of a comprehensive table of all the banking options is a mere design oversight and not representative of how the site explains itself generally.
Still, no matter how well the site explains things, there will always be a need for contacting customer service at some time or another. Happily, live chat is available round the clock, 24/7. We tested them at various times for our Cashmio review – including the early hours of the morning and peak times – and always got a fast response. They said they aim to respond within three minutes but we never noticed them go beyond a minute. and sometimes the response was close to instant.
And it’s not just in terms of speed where the Cashmio casino impressed us. Their customer service team went above and beyond when it came to helping us with detailed, thoughtful answers. It’s absolutely excellent stuff.
Is Cashmio Scam Or Legit? Whether it’s a Cashmio review, a BetRebels review or a Betway review, no operator can get a recommendation from us without being absolutely flawless when it comes to license and security. To put it bluntly, Cashmio betting means putting down real money, which requires payment details and other sensitive information. Because of this, there’s absolutely nothing more important than answering the questions “is Cashmio rigged?” and “is Cashmio legit?”.
In terms of the information you’re expected to provide, you may need to confirm your identity through photographic identification. Not only does this protect the sire from any Cashmio fraud, but it also prevents minors from accessing the betting products here. There’s also additional advice and access to programs that can block the site from minors who may be using the computer.
For Indian players, the relevant license is issued by the Malta Gaming Authority. This essentially means that they are entirely legitimate and accountable. This is absolutely necessary for a recommendation in this Cashmio review.
There’s also a responsible gaming section here. This not only provides advice but also information on how their staff are trained to assist any users who wish to limit their gambling or self-exclude themselves. This is where you’ll also be able to find links to helpful services and features that offer the ability to set play session, deposit and loss limits.
We’ll start by saying there are plenty of promotions here that do indeed reward loyalty. So, we are certainly not saying that Cashmio does not reward its users in this regard, because it absolutely does. However, it does not have what we would consider a reward or loyalty program in the traditional sense. That’s because here we are strictly talking about, for instance, some kind of points or tier-based system where long-term use is rewarded through benefits and bonuses. There’s nothing here at the moment that fits that bill.
For the vast majority of people interested in Cashmio betting, that shouldn’t really be an issue. We do view a quality rewards and loyalty program as a plus, however, it’s fair to say that they are generally aimed at the top end of high rollers and the vast majority of people reading this Cashmio review probably wouldn’t be using the site to that level.
Of course, it’s addition could only be viewed as a positive because having such a promotion can only be beneficial to those who want it, while not taking anything away from those who do not. But we won’t be marking the Cashmio casino down too harshly for something that would not impact the vast majority of their users, especially as they are clearly targeting a very mainstream audience, meaning many will be more casual users.
