The game I bet on is already over, but my betting slip has not been settled yet. What should I do now?

In exceptional cases it can take up to 24 hours until a match is settled. Especially in smaller leagues there can be a delay in confirmation.

Please be patient until your betting slip is settled. If it is not settled within 24 hours, we will forward it to the sports department.

My match has been cancelled/postponed. What happens to my betting slip now?

If an event has been postponed or interrupted, your betting slip will normally be continued if there is a make-up date. If there is no make-up date within 12 hours, game in the bet slip will be cancelled. The rest of the bet will be continued.
